John and Joan Hallin Engineering Scholarship

Student must be enrolled as a full-time freshman at NDSU at the time of disbursement and be pursuing a major within the Department of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering. Students must demonstrate financial need as determined by the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships.
