Carl and Jerri Hall Pfiffner

The Donors are establishing this scholarship fund in memory of the 40th President
of the United States, Ronald Reagan. President Reagan’s goal was to reinvigorate
the American people to reduce their reliance upon Government. Principles which
guided his presidency included freedom, faith, family, sanctity and dignity of
human life, American exceptionalism, Founders’ Wisdom and Vision, lower taxes,
limited government, peace through strength, anti-communism and belief in the
individual. It is the intent of the donors to provide scholarships for students
whose activities and volunteerism reflect these interests, values, and
commitments.
