Heck Family Scholarship Endowment

After growing up in rural ND, siblings Scott and Donna Heck attended NDSU earning degrees from different, non-business colleges: Science & Math in 1985 and Sociology in 1986. Despite that, both have found careers in the business world courtesy of their educational experience at NDSU. Their goal is to combine that background with a desire to encourage students to stay in school and earn a degree. The Heck Family Scholarship is for upper-level students from any field of study or degree who are members of the Bison Fund and trying to increase their investment knowledge with a goal of fostering investment skills that will be necessary throughout their life. Students originally from small or rural schools are given preference.
