Joan (Kurtz) Enderle Dietetics Scholarship

Thomas and Joan (Kurtz) Enderle are proud to support the education of the next generation of dietetic professionals through the establishment of a scholarship that recognizes academic excellence and organization involvement. Joan is a 1982 NDSU graduate who retired after a 42-year career in dietetics in North Dakota.
