Laurel Sparks

This scholarship was established to honor Laurel Sparks, a long-time educator in Spanish in the Department of Modern Languages. Señora Sparks developed and championed the Spanish major at NDSU and was a longtime advocate for language education majors. She worked tirelessly to improve the level of all language education majors to ensure that all future teachers were of the highest quality and integrity.
