
Margaret and S.F. "Red" Cline Memorial Scholarship
The Margaret and S.F. “Red” Cline Memorial Scholarship is created to honor the North Dakota natives and graduates from the North Dakota State University College of Pharmacy. Margaret “Peggy” Ford Cline (class of 1953) worked as a pharmacist for over 50 years until her retirement in 2005, starting in the Fargo and Minot, North Dakota areas before settling down in Southwestern Minnesota. S.F. “Red” Cline (class of 1960) worked as a pharmacist until 1987 and together they founded Cline Pharmacy in Marshall, Minnesota in 1963 where they put down roots, raised their family of four daughters, and built their business. They were active in the community and strong believers in education and in helping others. This scholarship is created in their memory to benefit students from either Minnesota or North Dakota in the College of Health and Human Services – School of Pharmacy to complete their education.
