Robert Fehr

Robert Fehr

Robert’s education began in a rural one-room grade school and progressed to a BS in 1971 and an MS in 1972–both from North Dakota State University. He ultimately achieved a doctorate (PhD) from Iowa State University in 1976. This education provided him with a rewarding career as an extension professor at the University of Kentucky. This is proof that humble beginnings don’t have to lead to limitations. Education can be a great equalizer, and this scholarship is meant to be an encouragement to the recipient to believe in the power of education and the opportunities it creates.
