Timothy Welch and Donna LaQua-Welch

Michael J. Dellies, P.E., MSCE, F.ASCE, graduated from Texas Tech University in
1983 with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. In 1994, he obtained a
master’s degree from University of Texas at Arlington. Mike focused his career on
Water Resources for 38 years and is well know throughout the Engineering
community for his expertise and dedication to the engineering profession. He
obtained his professional engineering (PE) license in the states of Texas, Florida,
Oklahoma, and Louisiana. He earned many awards throughout his career
including becoming a Fellow with American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and
recognition (posthumously) as a Fellow with the Texas Engineering Foundation
(TEF) for his contribution to his community, his dedication to enhancing the
engineering profession and promoting engineering education.
