Tsi-lung Choong

This endowed scholarship is established in memory and honor of Tsi-lung Choong, a 1965 NDSU graduate with a M.S. Electrical Engineering. Tsi-lung was born in Guangdong, China and grew up in Taipei, Taiwan. After graduating from NDSU, he started his career in engineering, ultimately working for the Port Authority of NY & NJ for 25 years until his retirement. Tsi-lung worked to support himself while at NDSU. This scholarship is intended to ease the financial burden for future generations of international students studying engineering at NDSU.
