The scholarship is awarded to a student properly enrolled at NDSU at the time of application and disbursement; properly enrolled in any department of the College of Science and Mathematics; an out-of-state resident; an incoming first-year student with an ACT score of at least 26 and a cumulative GPA of 3.7.
