Matt and Mollie Perkins Scholarship

The applicant must be a full-time student pursuing a major in Pharmacy at a P4 level and demonstrate financial need as established by the office of Financial Aid and Scholarships. Preference will be given to a veteran, active reserve or National Guard member, or on active military duty.
