Emergency Management Department Scholarship

For Emergency Management and Disaster Science Majors: Available to those accepted into the emergency management major. Students must have completed at least 12 credits in emergency management and be in good academic standing. Preference will be given to students with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher and a 3.2 GPA or higher in the major. Preference will also be given to those who have actively participated in the Emergency Management Student Organization (EMSA) and who have taken steps towards their professional development outside of the classroom.

For Emergency Management and Disaster Science Minors: Available to those students who are currently pursuing the Homeland Security Minor Option. Students must be in good academic standing and have formerly declared the minor. Preference will still be given to students with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher.
