Wayne and Marian Tesmer Scholarship

Available to students who are enrolled full time and graduated from the following high schools in ND: Walhalla High School, Park River High School or any high school in Pembina County. NDSU students must earn a 3.25 GPA or higher. Preference to those who demonstrate financial need as established by the office of Financial Aid and Scholarships, a first generation college student, or those who work while attending college.
