Dorothy Collins Memorial Scholarship

The recipient(s) shall have a declared major offered by the department of Communications in the College of Arts and Sciences. The recipient(s) shall have spent at least one academic semester as a staff member of the NDSU student newspaper, currently known as The Spectrum. The recipient(s) shall be an active staff member of The Spectrum during the Spring term prior to actual disbursement of the award(s).
