James A. Meier Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to an incoming freshman with a declared major in the Department of Biological Sciences, Chemistry and Biochemistry, Coatings and Polymeric Materials, Earth, Environmental and Geospatial Sciences, Physics, Psychology, Statistics, or Mathematics at the time of disbursement. Eligible students must have graduated from high school with 100 or fewer students in their class and must have achieved a 3.8 cumulative GPA or higher. This scholarship may be renewed for an additional three years so long as the recipient continues to make satisfactory progress toward a degree in one of the aforementioned majors.
