Awarded to juniors or seniors majoring in the College of Business with a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 or above, who have demonstrated the qualities of a strong sense of personal integrity and ethics, character, and determination. Students must submit an essay to the COB scholarship committee.

In the course of your normal job duties, you have come across some organizational practices which are discriminatory towards select groups of employees. You are not a member of any of the groups being discriminated against, however. It appears that the practices have been going on for as long as the company has been in business. The information is not public, and under normal circumstances, it never will be. There is no way that anyone will ever know that you have found out about these practices.
