Paul E. Nelson and Judy C. Pearson Scholarship

The recipient(s) shall be properly enrolled as a full time doctoral student at NDSU during the time of actual disbursement of the award(s). The recipient(s) shall have a declared major offered by the department of Communication in the College of Arts and Sciences and shall have attained a cumulative GPA of 3.8 on a 4.0 grading scale in his or her doctoral courses.
