Amber Des Roches Memorial Scholarship

After the death of their 15 year old daughter due to leukemia, John and Pam Des Roches established the Amber Des Roches Memorial Scholarship in appreciation for the nurses who cared for their daughter. It is awarded annually to a junior or senior nursing student based on need and demonstrates a desire to work with children in a hospital setting. Other considerations include compassion, leadership, passion for making a difference and community involvement.
