Donald C. Fraser Memorial Scholarship

The Donald Fraser Memorial Scholarship is awarded to a student participating in the Army ROTC unit at NDSU. Recipient must be a non-scholarship cadet. (The regular stipend paid to cadets in the advanced level program is not to be considered a scholarship.) Recipient must be at least a sophomore standing at the time of selection and approved for participation in the advanced level Army ROTC program. Verification of the provision will be coordinated with the Department of Military Science.
