Available to full-time female NDSU students in their junior year at the time of disbursement, who have a 3.0 cumulative GPA and graduated from a North Dakota high school. Preference to female students who have demonstrated financial need. Applicants should have a history of volunteerism, extracurricular activities, job experience and defined professional goals.
