Available to a student properly enrolled at NDSU and the Department of Agribusiness and Applied Economics. Open to all freshman, sophomore, junior, first semester seniors, and first year graduate students. Consideration will be given to the student’s character, idealism, dependability, and compassion in dealing with fellow students and others.
