- The Honors Program seeks students who are curious, engaged, and willing to take action to make a difference in their communities and beyond. In an essay of approximately 750-1,000 words, reflect on a problem, challenge, opportunity, or cause that matters to you. Describe a time when you took action on an issue, challenge, opportunity or cause – large or small – to address a problem, help others, improve a situation, pursue a goal, or create positive change. What did you learn about yourself through that experience? How do you hope to continue developing your strengths through your education, experiences, and involvement in the Honors Program?

If you used AI to answer these questions, please include a brief statement on how it was used. This statement does not count toward the 750-1000 word limit.
