Be properly enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior pursing a major within the College of Engineering, with the exception of Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher; be a citizen or resident of the United States. Preference to students who graduated from a high school in North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, or Montana.
